Thrive-WiSE is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that works to support and retain women+ engineers and technologists so they can thrive and excel in their careers. *Women+ includes all woman-identified people, whatever their journey.
THRIVE-WiSE: WHAT WE DO
Our primary focus is to retain the accomplished, driven and stellar women in Engineering and Science in the tech industry through technical and behavioral programs to drive a seismic shift in the workplace cultures to help women achieve success in their careers.
MILESTONES
Founded in 2009 as a tiny group of determined, experienced and dedicated Silicon Valley women engineers who decided to meet to share technical knowledge, network and advance in their careers, Thrive-WiSE has evolved to be bigger and better than ever before. Our flagship program, DevPulseCon has grown by over 200% and attracts over 1,000 attendees from all over the world, our program portfolio has grown by 50%, our founder quit her job to go full time on our mission, and we have secured a coveted pilot company for our innovative Safe Space and Ally Training for R&D program (Engineers and PMs)!
